The influence of the shape electrode-indentor (cylindrical and parallelepiped with a rounded contact surface) on stress-strain state plate made aluminum alloy AMg6 after their impact interaction at speed 10m/s was evaluated by method numerical modeling. Features creation use developed mathematical models are described. distribution along thickness values main parameters components state, as well dimensions zone plastic deformations, location zones compressive tensile stresses, depth width dent in plate, were determined. In particular, it established that an axisymmetric striker compared to flat leads increase duration 20% and, result, increase: 21%, 23 %. It also such size deformation almost two times, its exit beyond overall simultaneous transformation from trapezoidal rectangular; occurrence 2 times higher maximum effective which formed mainly surface.As result simulation, shown dynamic processing cylindrical (axisymmetric) indentor head, comparison elongated shape, formation uniform both stress (axial radial) make possible combat residual stresses material, those arising welding, this fight against axial component will be less (almost 4 times) radial component.
